Retail Assets Portfolio

In 2016 AT Capital purchased the Rietveld supermarket portfolio jointly with Cairn (now Schroders). The portfolio consists of 10 retail assets located across the Netherlands, consisting of over 75% supermarket income of mainly AH and Jumbo, and the remaining including convenience residential rental income.


Jointly with partners AM and Schroders, we won the 2017 tender to redevelop the Bijlmerbajes prison located just south of the Amstel station, within the ring of Amsterdam. The 135,000sqm GFA will be transformed into a new city quarter with over 1,400 residential units, a school, hotel, offices and lively design- & restaurant outlets.


Redevelopment Sterpassage

In 2019, we purchased the Sterpassage part of In de Bogaard shopping mall in Rijswijk, jointly with partner 3W Real Estate. The existing building will be demolished and two new residential towers, a new public square, underground parking and retail plinth will be developed on the 53,600sqm GFA. https://www.3wrealestate.nl/projecten/sterpassage

Redevelopment V&D Haarlem

Yearend 2021, 3W and AT Capital purchased the national monumental building – the former V&D / Hudsons Bay, in Haarlem. The building will be redeveloped to a lively retail- and commercial hub, luxury residential apartments, and a public bike parking- and meeting point with a view at the top-floor.

Office portfolio

Jointly with partner EMRO we have been building an investment portfolio of office buildings across the country with quality tenants and potential for redevelopment to residential in the future. The portfolio includes the UWV office in Breda, the Xsense-Movella office in Enschede and a multi-tenant office in Utrecht.

3W Real Estate & Wiebenga Consultants

In 2021, our co-operation with 3W Real Estate was further expanded through AT Capital taking a 50% stake in both the developing company 3W real Estate as well as advisory company Wiebenga Consultants. 3wrealestate.nl wiebengaconsultants.nl

Heuvel Center, Eindhoven

End of 2022 we bought the Heuvel Center in Eindhoven together with 3W.  Heuvel is a large inner city center with multiple functions, of course retail, but also residential, leisure, office and parking. The parking garage was sold to Holland Immo Group. Heuvel is an excellently located center in the middle of city showing very strong fundamentals in which we see great potential. 


Residential tower construction CBD Warsaw

AT Capital purchased a land plot in the heart of the Warsaw Central Business District (CBD) yearend 2021, destined for the development of a residential tower.

Annexum Supermarkt Fonds

Als cornerstone investeerder hebben wij Annexum bijgestaan bij de aankoop van de Jumbo-portefeuille van ruim 60 supermarkten in december 2020.

IREIT Global

In 2020 AT Capital invested in IREIT Global jointly with partners Tikehau Capital and City Developments Limited, both as fund investor as well as manager. IREIT Global is listed at the Singapore stock exchange and its portfolio consists of German- and Spanish offices as well as French Decathlon outlets. www.ireitglobal.com

Innercity redevelopment Charenton-Bercy, Paris

In Paris we cooperate with local investors Bouyues and Tikehau for the realisation of an inner-city redevelopment. The new district will include a mixed-use skyscraper, residential buildings, retail galleries, school, open-air cafés and a new public plaza.
